General terms

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing blink-pulsewave.digital or enrolling in training services operated from our Mokpo desk, you agree to these General terms. If you disagree, discontinue use and contact us before booking paid sessions.

2. Services described

Blink Pulsewave Digital provides marketing training, cohort workshops, advisory reviews, and related educational materials. Deliverables are professional development outputs, not guaranteed business performance. Media buying, legal representation, and creative production outside the agreed scope are excluded unless captured in a separate statement of work.

3. Accounts, eligibility, and conduct

Participants must provide accurate registration data. You may not interfere with other cohort members, attempt unauthorized access, redistribute proprietary materials, or use the site to transmit unlawful content. We may remove participants who jeopardize learning integrity or regulatory expectations applicable in the Republic of Korea.

4. Intellectual property

Pulsewave retains rights to curricula, templates, session recordings (where offered), and branding. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for internal training during active enrollment. No resale, public reposting, or competitive reuse is permitted without written consent.

5. Third-party tools and integrations

Labs may reference advertising platforms, analytics vendors, or creative software. Your use of those tools remains governed by their respective terms. Pulsewave does not warrant uninterrupted access to third-party APIs or dashboards.

6. Liability limitations

To the maximum extent permitted under Korean law, Blink Pulsewave Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from training participation, including lost revenue, missed campaign dates, or data interpretation errors. Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.

7. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Mokpo-si, Jeollanam-do, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. Good-faith negotiation for thirty days precedes any formal filing.

8. Termination and updates

Either party may terminate unpaid site access at any time. Paid cohort termination follows the Refund & cancellation policy. We may update these terms with material changes noted on this page. Continued enrollment after updates constitutes acceptance unless you cancel under the stated refund window.
