1. Cooling-off period
Consumers residing in Korea may withdraw from qualifying paid enrollment within fourteen days of purchase without stating a reason, provided the cohort has not received digital materials unlocking more than orientation content. Orientation includes syllabus PDFs exceeding preview pages disclosed pre-purchase.
2. Eligible services
Live cohort labs, facilitator-led desks, immersive simulations, and bundled advisory bundles sold with fixed start dates qualify. Custom enterprise contracts negotiated offline may supersede portions of this page—those contracts will cite deviations explicitly.
3. Partial attendance and replacements
After the cooling-off window, refunds are ordinarily unavailable. Blink Pulsewave may offer one transferable seat Replacement per cohort calendar year when medical or military documentation is provided at least ten business days before start. Replacement fees of ₩95,000 cover admin costs.
4. Non-refundable items
Third-party platform fees, rush shipping of printed workbooks, bespoke research retainers, and late cancellation within seven days of start are non-refundable. Deposits labeled non-refundable in invoices remain so.
5. Cancellation by Pulsewave
If we cancel due to low enrollment or force majeure, participants choose a full refund or a future cohort credit within twelve months. We are not liable for incidental travel costs.
6. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment path within fourteen business days after approval. Bank transfers may require additional KYC checks for fraud prevention.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer protections under the Framework Act on Consumers, the Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising, or related Korea Fair Trade Commission guidance. For disputes, contact desk@blink-pulsewave.digital before escalating to authorities.
